Love the design of this rug. The size of the rug and the quality are perfect. It is slip resistant, and does the job. Wish it was a bit thicker, but the price it is a good buy.

This rug a perfect size, will fit a good size kit, is very lightweight, folds up very quickly and fits easily into my hardware bag. i love it. recommended.

... to remove wrinkles. I was able to use full steam and heat to get most of it, at least enough to lay it down flat. I sure wish they'd pack these rolled up, but I do see how that would make it more expensive to ship. And since all your stuff is going on top it probably doesn't matter that much anyway for most people. Once that's done it really does keep things nice and secure without compromising stability. This works especially well for electric drums sets since they're lighter and more prone to movement, especially the high-hat pedal which isn't connected to anything but a wire.

I would NOT use this for a drum kit. If you intend to protect the floors beneath it, I feel like the kick drum spikes will probably still do damage through it. This rug is thin and comes folded up tightly in a plastic bag, which caused some hard creases that still haven't come out, months later. It's basically spent the majority of its time rolled up behind a door now, because I can't use it for the purpose I ordered it for. It's more of a "mat" than a "rug", and is thin and flimsy. BEcause of the creases, it also presents a bit of a trip hazard. I can't really recommend it.
