I’ve been using this to dry herbs and to make sun-dried tomatoes. The one thing I would suggest to the manufacturer would be to include a way to use plastic “dowels†to give it support to stay up and open to make it easier to get product into it. For one person, that is really difficult because it just collapses on top of the food until it is hung.

I am very pleased with this drying rack! There's only one problem ... I wanted to order another, but it's now unavailable. 😕 I love the huge size and sturdiness of this rack. I was given a bunch of lemons, and I am excited to solar dehydrate them! Can't wait to get started.

Used to dehydrate a number of products already. Just hung up indoors and worked well. We also got silicone sheets to put the fruit/veggies onto. This made them much easier to remove after drying. Using ambient heat meant no additional power needed.
