It serves it's purpose, and feels quality. Just be careful when inflating. Make sure it's free to zoom up to the surface if released from depth. You don't want to rocket to the surface with it if you're under deco obligations. Practice makes perfect, so practice sending it up, to perfect your technique. Perfect for inflating after you surface as well. This thing is long, so it should be easily seen. Go ahead and grab one, and safe diving.

Great DMSB. Have 3 of them (2 small ones for my kids and a large one for me). Used them about 10 times. Reel is metal, line (about 100 feet) is strong, flat and orange (high viz) to avoid enranglements.Buoy can be inflated from bottom (my preferref method), by mouth (ir BCD hose, though I have no idea why you would do that).No issues with the product at all. Just used a bigger snap-clip, but there was nothing wrong qith the original (just preference)

It is very difficult to get enough air from a reg into the DSMB to properly inflate and send up. I use the inflator hose which is akward with a finger reel. I like the reel but this doesn't work for me unfortunately.

It's definitely bigger than expected, which in my case is a great thing. The spool and cord are of great quality, I can't recommend this set up anymore. Money well spent.

Easy to deploy, highly visible DSMB. Only had it or a short time, but seems very durable and well made.

This is a phenomenal surface marker buoy combo. You really can't beat the price nor the features. If it feels like high quality construction the aluminum spool feels great it's nice to have the stainless steel clip lock although I upgraded mine to a 4-in just out of personal preference.

These are large but awesome. Love the multiple inflation options. This is open bottom with a check valve that seals very well.

It is still too cold here in Canada to dive at the moment so I haven't actually splashed this product yet. But I am already quite impressed with the quality of materials and construction. They are far better and the quality is much higher than I thought I was going to get. I knew I wanted a DSMB of at least 6 feet, with various inflation options, and a dump valve (some here on Amazon don't have one!) and this fits the bill perfectly...and I think it is one of the cheaper priced models here. So I now know it is very good value for money. And it was delivered sooner than expected. Sweet!
