TOUGHER Beam Trolley is constructed with high quality low-carbon alloy steel, and powder coated with blue and black paint for long lasting surface protection.
Every wheel is tested during manufacturing, to make sure it withstands heavy duty work. All wheels are double sealed to prevent rusting and corrosion.
3 types of washers (narrow, medium, wide) provided to allow exact installation on beams with different widths.
Equipped with double hex nuts on both sides of axel as well as thickened clevis to ensure maximum safety.
TOUGHER Trolley is designed to fit beam with flange width range from 4in to 8in.
With a maximum working load of 3T/6600LBs, TOUGHER trolley is capable of heavy duty material handling.
For safety reasons, all of TOUGHER's products were test on and passed 4 times max load, which is 27000LBs for this spec. However, only use product within recommended load capacity.
Widely used for steel structure installation, steel market, machine processing, gyms, garages, railways and so on.
