Awful. Threw them in the trash. Could got open the latch to remove the cake. Should not be included in Amazon's product offerings.

The eight (8) are adequately made and do allow baking and demolding of the baked goods with little trouble. This is as expected. That said, the fit of the bottom plate is a bit loose and the latch mechanism is not as robust and foolproof as could be. It is very easy to move them more open when trying to shut the latch.Providing the parchment discs is a nice idea, really, but they are close of 3/6†(4mm) too large in diameter rendering them unusable. There is no reliable way to insert them smoothly and easily.The non-stick coating certainly works well; the pans wash up cleanly and easily after use: not scraping except in the rolled but open rim of the bottom disc. I suspect that the parchment would prevent the issue but I can’t get them to go into place. They would cover the rolled rim.Be that as it may, they certainly are usable and work well enough to retain a place in the kitchen.

These are wonderful for more than mini cheesecakes, even though they are good for that too.If you want to make special desserts for an event, holiday, dinner, bake sale, bakery, etc... these mini, non-stick, springform pans give you a very nifty way to do it.As a bonus, they come with little pre-cut circle of parchment paper to help you get the perfect base on your creations; as well as saving you clean-up.In order to test these out, I made a small batch of banana upside down cake.That is a reason I like that these come as a set of eight; it is both easy to customize the number of pans to match the size of your batch and you can pull one or more out to make bonus cakes with leftover batter from other baking projects.Obviously, I am quite enamored of these, but I think a lot of bakers will be.Instead of serving muffins, these pans allow you to serve a wide range of treats in the same size range, but in a more table ready presentation.For example, I managed mini quiches in these, which were absolutely perfect as individual servings.I aiming for tiny pizzas next...Based on my experience with them, I cannot recommend these pans enough.The pans themselves are performing well and their size is perfect for limitless personal sized creations.

Two of the 8 pans have issues. One is rusted and one has a scratch gouged in the bottom of it. I have attached photos.

I’m not saying these are only good for cheesecake, but that what I got them for. My basque cheesecake recipe fills an 8†springform pan, so two 4†will pretty much make two and I can keep one wrapped, fresh, and moist while the other is being eaten.What you get here are 8 4†springform pans and a stack of pre-cut parchment for the bottom of the pan. You’ll want those for easy separation after you bake. The latch is secure and holds the ring tight against the base plate. I do like the smaller size as I will be able to use a couple or three in my countertop convection oven rather than firing up the full sized oven.I’m not going to count the stack of parchment, but it doesn’t look like it’s 100. But if that’s the main selling point for you, you’re probably not reading this far. It’s a decent number of parchment sheets to get you started. You can get more rounds at your convenience or use the rolls that are readily available on the baking aisle of your preferred grocery.My one nit I will pick is the base plate is flat rather than textured. I do prefer the texture both because it releases easier if something leaks past the parchment and I feel like it allows for a more even cook on the bottom surface. It’s a personal preference and will in no way prevent me from cooking the heck out of some cheesecake with these.
