I have waited to revtthis product until I had seen its performance once the extreme cold had set in. That has happened.This product receives my highest recommendation. I have used a few different brands, most of them were disappointing. Thie installation was easy. The two sided tape has remained intact despite below zero temperatures. The plastic film is clear and cannot be noticed from a short distance. It has remained taut throughout which is not the case with any other brand except for 3M, which is more expensive.This brand has all the best features and performance at a very economical price. I plan to use this brand again.

Definitely helps block out drafts! I found this easy to install solo, including over double sliding glass doors and complicated shaped areas, if you're not too picky about appearances of the edges. Needed double tape in a few areas, and had to retape a couple corners of a couple of the windows I covered over the course of a winter. A double layer of plastic is even warmer, and does not block views if carefully shrunk. THE TAPE ***WILL*** PEEL OFF YOUR LANDLORD-SPECIAL PAINT! Have not tried removing it with heat or solvent yet, but even with the utmost care in peeling off manually, the paint comes with it.

I recently moved into an old house with drafty windows upstairs. This window insulation kit really helps in the winter. You can feel a big difference right away. The plastic is easy to work with, and the two-sided tape is wide enough to stick, unlike the two-sided tape in some other brands. It's a good price and a great product.

This stuff is awesome. I have bought 2 packs already. It's easy to put up and keeps the draft out. It really makes a difference in rooms where you don't have heat or not enough heat.

Our bedroom was very drafty and we were able to feel cold air during the winter when we slept. I was thinking that the only solution would have to be to replace the windows, but this was a lifesaver. Our room is draft-free this winter, and it took me only 20 minutes of setup. It would have been quicker, but I decided to place the film behind the window blinds, so we still can open and close the blinds. So, I had to remove the blinds so I can give it a nice, clean seal. I didn't care about opening the blinds of the other window, so I placed the film over the blinds, which took me a couple minutes.The film is clear and can be seen through easily, but it is not crystal-clear. But it definitely did the job, and I'm sure it paid itself off with the money we saved on our heating bill.

The end product turns out nice, but separating the paper backing from the 2 sided tap IS NOT EASY to do - there has to be a better solution that allows for easier backing removal. Installation would be so much easier and less frustrating.

I tried a few brands of window film and definitely had the best results with this one. You cannot see it unless looking very closely. The tape sticks great and I have not had any loosen over at least a month, as I did with another brand within one day. With cold weather and single glazed windows this made a difference to loss of heat. Not incredibly but enough that it was well worth it. Instuctions are good but watching a video made it much more clear and turned out to be quite easy. I left mine overnight before using a hairdryer to tighten to plastic (which takes out all wrinkles! It's quite amazing and satisfying) and trimming the edges the following day. Cannot tell it is there, especially on white window frames.

Having done some research it seemed the Duck version of this was the one to go for. Great tape, super clear film. It’s tricky to install but that in its nature as window film. End result though is excellent and it’s really helping to keep my old draughty Victorian house warm.

Pour la pose sur des fenêtres assez grande( + d'1m/1m) pas évident à poser seule, le moindre petit pli lors du "collage" peut amener de la condensation entre le film et la vitre. J'ai le probleme (leger) sur 1 fenêtresur 4. Pour ce qui est d'isoler, pas convaincue de l'efficacité, tout au plus très légère différence.

We recently bought an older home and didn't have a chance to install new windows yet. We sealed all of our drafty windows. It has helped save us on our power bill and also makes sitting in our living room more comfortable (there was quite a draft before!). Installation was quick and easy.

It works and it is fine to install, neither easy nor hard.The main issue is that all our plastics were scratched and you can clearly see the scratches and folds on the windows. I would pay this price for a perfect product. Because of this, 3 stars.
