I see why Si Robertson liked this duck call so much. Very easy to use and doesn't take muck work to make this call really nice and raspy. Lets just say this call can become really loud without a lot of work on the operators part. Would definitly buy again.

Its an easy call to blow and sounds like a mature, raspy hen. Great first call

This is one of the best duck callers at any price. Easy to blow. Goes high or low. Easy to use back pressure for "chuckles." I duck hunted all my life in places like TX, AR, NE, MS, LA and Argentina. Phil guided for my company in Monore LA in the mid-80's. I have blown most of his early calls. This one is good as any---especially for the money. One call does it all!!!

Many folks have purchased this call to support Duck Commander or because they like the show, but are not actual hunters, which is great but not useful to the hunters. I went ahead and bought this because the price is right. I wanted a new call and figured I would try this out. This call is named the 'triple threat' because it has 3 reeds which are what make the noise when you blow. It is light and easy to blow. Has a good tone but is not as deep and throaty as I would like. It is good for calling them in but too hard or soft will scare ducks off. It is not extremely loud so the echo does not cause a problem. It is not as good as the wood calls I am familiar with. I gave it a 4 because I have been successful using this call but it is not perfect. For someone not overly serious about hunting, or the beginner/youth, this is a good addition to the lanyard. Great price, easy to clean and overall simple to use. Outside of the 1972 series this call is about the only DC call you need. I can't Imagine the other affordable DC calls are much more than novelty items.

If I could only own one Duck Commander call, this would be it! Great sound, easy to blow and gets loud! I own several other Duck Commanders but this one is the best in my opinion. Absolutely best value as compared to other cutdown style calls that are much more expensive. I'm not saying it's better but absolutely best value - especially if you're a newbie.

Waiting for duck season to open to try this call out. The Uncle Si call is easy to blow and has great tone. Easy to get big volume out of this call. My previous calls gave been wooden but this poly carbonate call is great and has earned a permanent place on my lanyard.

First duck call ever... it's loud and somewhat sounds like a duck. Likely the operator rather then the equipment. With some practice It should bring some ducks in

Having seen a dog trainer on TV use a duck call, I bought one for my arsenal of dog distractions!
