I decided to try leather carving and sidnt want to break the bank so I tried out this kit. I really loved everything in it (especially how heavy the mallet is)! Honestly no complaints other than wishing it had a smaller bevel stamp as well.

Great for a beginner. To see what other tools I would want. I feel like it’s missing Judy a few of the key starter bevelers. The basket weave has also been really tough to get the full detail when stamping.

I guess it depends on how you choose your hobbies. But these are a cheap set of tools to try leather out however the quality is very poor in the punches. They are poorly machined and it would likely show in the work and cause more frustration than necessary. The little sculptors are decentThe hammer is pretty good.

It’s a good set. I wouldn’t call it professional quality but for the few bucks it’s costs it’s not too bad.

The tools are decently made; you will be missing some "crucial" tools that others swear by, but you can always order the ones you need.The Swivel knife was not very sharp; may need to be stropped.

Items were as explained when using the stamping tools wet the leather the finger cutter needed sharping the up right wood handle cutter was nice and sharp the hammer had nice weight as a beginner satisfied
