This is a great little workout while I watch tv. Very sturdy & comes out of the box ready to go. My only complaint is that the bands are too long for me to do arm workouts at the same time. I’m 5’5.

This is great! I didn't expect such quality for the price but it exceeded all expectations. Great little machine, compact sturdy, well worth the money, so pleased with it.

it look me a while to understand how this machine works, but its great! i feel like i get a good quality workout sesh along with my walking pad i also use. i do wish the bands were a little shorter, for reference i am 5’9 so if you’re shorter than that they may be a little long.
