I think this window will do fine for our needs, but when it arrived two of the corners were broken completely off and the package it arrived in had been torn open. If there were any instructions, screws or even an insulating seal, they were long gone.

there was nothing on the window to keep the sliding window from sliding and the window from got beat-up and both window frames has cracks in several places as well as the flanges. NOW I have to pay to send these crappy windows back.Do not buy.. cheap, very cheap and thin frames,

Looks ok and fits well and was easy to install, but this window is very cheaply made. If you are planning on installing it and leaving it closed most of the time, it should be fine. If it is going to see lots of use, it won't last long. I ordered it because it was the only one I could find in the size I needed and I will not be doing lots of opening or closing. I was disappointed in the quality for the price I paid.
