All of the assembly pieces were missing. The product was banged up and filthy! A waste of money!

We love the sled. Perfect fit for the four-year-old. There were no directions on how to attach the strap to the sled and the strap shredded if you put it through the buckle the wrong way and then tried to remove it. Once we looked it up on the internet, we realized it was a simple procedure to attach the strap. We've had snow recently and she learned very quickly how to operate the brakes. The sled glides down the hill in a straight line unless she steers it right or left, and she loves the sense of control. I like the way the seat holds her in place without slipping and supports her back.

My niece and nephew are outdoors every chance they get and very active. I knew they wouldn't share well, so I ordered 2. Of course, this has been such a mild winter they haven't gotten a lot of use, but they were pleased with the sporty look and excited to use them.

Very solid sled with brakes and a steering wheel. It's just much smaller than I realized. My 11 year old's legs can barely fit on it. It's quality plastic, just doesn't work for our family.

I can’t believe I spent almost $100 on a plastic sled. It does not do anything special. I should’ve just brought a plastic toboggan cheaper.The two handles were a good idea for steering or a break, but it’s just two pieces of plastic that keep popping out. I’m bummed. Wish I could return it used

Had my doubts but it worked great and my kids (5 and 6 yr old) had a blast with it. In places where there wasn't even a steep slope where saucer disc's and cheaply made torpedo sleds wouldnt slide this one did. And on the slightly steeper slopes with a little push watch out it takes off. Overall great investment.
