We get dirt & water on these wrenches all the time. I have bought 2 & never have had an issue with them. We spray painted a white line across them for visibility. We oil the gears about every month or two.

I'm a mobile tech so I loose tools a lot. Don't like to spend a lot for tools that will get some how lost. But this ratchet seems to be well made

It is small, but not too small. The ratcheting is not very smooth, but it never skipped or bound up when I used it in either direction. It is almost exactly the feel of my old Great Neck brand wrench. These type of wrenches or not my go to for most projects, but they do have their usefulness. Tight spots; awkward angles; these do the trick.For the price, I think these are well made and solid. Their 12 point box fits bolts/nuts snug and have a good grip (3/8 & 7/16). I won't use excessive force with these type of wrenches (hammer, cheater pipe, etc). They are not made to withstand that kind of force (my opinion), but under normal use, they are great!
