We have a home based Racquet Stringing Business, and I modified this Wire Spool Rack to hold reels of string.I had to purchase 3/8" metal rods to replace the included rods as they were to large of diameter to fit the reels of string.I installed pegboard on the back and hung three Triton Products 71613 DuraHook 6" Long Single Rod Hooks for single packages of string near the extra space at the bottom of the rack.The item description says it can handle, spools of wire of varying sizes up to 10" in diameter, and that might be the case, but not if you want to use every potential rod. We were only able to use two of the four potential rod locations, otherwise the 10" diameter string reels would hit each other. I did mount four of the extra 6" Pegboard Hooks on the sides for extra reel storage, by drilling two holes 1" apart and using a screw and nut to hold them to the side of the rack.

Setup was easy to put together and was decently sturdy on its own. Only got better when I mounted it for easy storage. No issues with this at all.

A nice sturdy rack for spools of just about anything. I have spools of 12 ga, 14 ga, and 16 ga wire as well as spools of various size small engine starter cord loaded. Works great. I have mine wall mounted but it can stand on the floor or on a bench top. It is well worth the money and I am always trying to buy "American Made" products so this item is a perfect buy for me. I would have given it 5 stars but it was a pain to assemble. The holes did not line up very well. Even though some are slotted I still had to drill out 3 of them in order to get the bolts through. The way it fits together at the corners makes it very strong once you do get it bolted together. A few scuff marks on 1 side panel but otherwise it arrived in good condition.I planned to purchase another one but see that it is currently not available. Not sure whats up with that but I hope they correct that real soon.

For our application it works great for our customers. Would be nice if could get in raw. Sometime though they do nto have stock and give incorrect ship dates.

Perfect for storing wire spools as well as tape. I put the tape on the bottom rod to make it easier to take on and off quickly.

the spool rack is a heavy duty unit, capable of holding heavy/large spools of wire and was simple to assemble
