These are pretty weird. They are extremely quiet. They aren't silent, but definitely on the lower end of volume. The tactility despite that is pretty nice, with the bump being right near or at the top of the key press. I can tell there's some lube, although consistency seems to be a little iffy. I did notice a little spring ping as well but once on a board it's not noticeable. Overall the typing feel is nice, I'm just surprised by the sound. Decided to keep them and use them as a quieter switch for one of my boards. My recommendation would be to use them on a board without much foam as the switch will beable to come to life, otherwise if you stick it in a board with lots of foam it will lose its audibility.
