These are really nice kid and adult friendly. I hate the feel of chalk. I hate the sound of chalk. If you do too you will love these. The “chalk†has more of a crayon feel and texture. They come already in individual chalk holders. You do not get a chalky residue at all. We have a chalkboard hall for the grandkids. They love them. The colors are beautiful they are not messy and they clean up with water and a cloth, I have had no issue with any of the colors not coming off and I do not have to scrub. They store nicely in their own skin container. Very well worth the money if you have creative little ones around. So far we have not had any issues with breakage either to that is an added bonus.

These are good in they reduce chalk mess. But they’re almost thicker and harder to wipe off. So it’s a trade off. If you want thin writing chalk, the dust is going to come with it. The case the chalk is in is next level though!!!

we bought these for our son to use on the indoor chalkboard. They are vibrant and clean off easy. We simply spray the board with water and wipe it off with a rag. Great for little hands. Keeps chalk off the fingers and from breaking.

Hate them. They are so cheap and barely work/show 🙄 When you twist it up and try to use it, it just goes back in so you can't use it. I ended up taking off all the clear things. It also stains skin. The colors didn't come out of my son's hands/arms/legs till after a couple washes/showers. Definitely wouldn't buy again.

To state the obvious, this is not the kind of chalk you can swipe clean with a brush, you need something damp. Was a little surprised by that, should have realized what 'washable' implied, not going to count it against it, but worth nothing to others who don't realize.Pros: Thick, grippable for kid hands, nice variety of colorsCons: Weak color aka low vibrancy. The colors barely differentiate themselves on a blackboard and I don't think they'll stand out much at all on a side walk. The thickness of the chalk is also bit thin for a sidewalks anyways, which is why I was using it for blackboard, but you definitely wouldn't really see it from the other side of the room.

We love these chalks!! So great for little ones so their hands don’t get all chalky and dirty. We’ve bought several packs over the last year. The only issue is that eventually they figure out how to push the chalk all the way out and break it, and you can’t put the chalk back in. But really, a great product and a relatively cheap price point!

I use these to draw figure circles on the wood floor at the roller skating rink. I wash them off easily with a wet sponge or towel when we are done. The chalk lasts a long time and is better than regular chalk.

The product description says its 12pcs of side walk chalk however its crayon and cannot be wiped or washed off the sidewalk also there’s 1 color missing
