I received what I ordered in new condition. The snaps are heavy duty and covered with black. The nylon is sewn around the edges to prevent fraying. Very nice.

Not too much to say here they are true to their size. Great quality keepers I use on my duty belt nice audible snap when you button them and tough heavy duty material. I love them. I recommend them.

They work fine for my 1.5" competition belt. However, they won't fit around sections where there are multiple layers of the inner and outer belt. Going around a single layer of the inner and outer belt is fine, but near the ends where the inner or outer belt have multiple layers, and where I need the keepers to hold the belt together, seems to be too thick and I can't get these to completely wrap around fully.

really ties the inner and outer belt together around the holster where the Velcro is covered by the holster adds more rigidity anchoring everything for a good draw.

The hook and loop works GREAT (that's the satisfying part); that little item is SECURE! However, the length of the strap is overly long to secure a lightly folded 1" web strap upon itself (that's the dissatisfying part). For significantly thicker folded 1" wide web strap bundles, this keeper could possibly work exceedingly well, but the folded-over bundle would need to be REALLY thick. Alternatively, for web straps wider than 1", this keeper might also work well for folded-over web bundles. This keeper also happens to work EXTREMELY WELL as a makeshift PALS webbing channel for MOLLE straps and 1" pack straps. I used the ladder lock slots on the backplate of my Coleman Peak 1 RAMX polyethylene frame as attachment points for a few of these keepers to act as horizontal channels for 1" wide pack strap compression straps, and that rigging worked really well, especially after tremendously pulling TIGHTLY the keeper together to press against the pack straps and backplate. As already mentioned, the hook and loop STRONGLY SECURES this keeper together! Nice product.
