Due to my mechanic husband having a back injury that resulted in needing surgery there was a delay in opening the box. Once it was opened we discovered the original box inside had enough damage that it was retaped. The radiator was bent in an arch and had damage that looked like it had been smashed as well. At 1st I was told we were out of luck (just outside the return window) then once I explained the circumstances and showed pictures we were offered a refund. I just found out that I was charged a fee because the item was returned "not in original condition" even though I RECEIVED IT NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION! The outside box wasn't damaged so it wasn't a shipping issue. Beware!! Also, my 1st review was deleted so it makes me wonder how many negative ones are 🤔
