DWVO radiator is made of high density multi-louvered fins for maximum cooling efficiency. All radiators are subjected to an aging and endurance test, in order to validate their performance under extreme weather conditions. Enhanced package comes with 1x DWVO Complete Radiator and 1x User Manual (with oil cooler , without radiator cap). Fixed foam in four corners for the purpose of fixing the radiator, no bending and no damage.

This was an exact fit and replacement for my vehicle 2004 Honda Civic. All the ports lined up perfectly. It does not come with a cap but I knew that in advance and kept my old one.

Istalled, all good, then as a routine checkup seems a black liquid around the filler neck. I cleaned, couple weeks later saw a deformation in the filler neck. Was missing some antifreeze on the recovery tank. After filled. Seems plastic resin floating inside radiator. I flushed and filled again. Couples weeks later foun the same black liquid around the neck. Did a pressure test and all good. After an hour trip the vehicle start getting hot, stoped the vehicle and towed to pepboys. They checked and find out that the new radiator has internal damages and the top plastic core is melting by himself due to this material does not for hold temperature like others radiators.I got screwed and this problem cost me over $1000.00 dollars between tow and services.
