Got about 10 labels out of it before it stopped printing and cutting. Figured out that there are two circular layers that rotate around when you change letters and they need to stay aligned, and mine were getting out of alignment (top was rotating more than the bottom or vice versa). So, for every letter I had to start rotating to letter, double check the alignment and fix if needed, press the lever.... That worked for about 3 more labels. Now it doesn't work at all.

The feeder and the cutter have failed. I haven’t even used it that much. Now I need to buy another because I need to match the labels I’ve already produced.

This was so cool until it stopped working properly. I made about 10 labels then it stopped cutting and printing the letters. Super bummer.

Simple and easy to use. Unfortunately, it is inconsistent with the letters.Sometimes, it adds a couple of extra spaces between letters.For example, if you want to print the word "CUPS," it prints out "CUP S"The letters don't always print in a straight line.I am using the embossing tape that came with it, and I checked it to ensure that the tape was correctly installed.It'll suffice for what I need it for, but I wouldn't use it for anything that you want to look professional or if you suffer from OCD.

I bought this for my wife as her entry level Dymo broke after one use. I thought this might be a little better. Unfortunately it jams easily (especially after using the cutting feature). You need to press quite hard for the letters to be visible and can be quite the pain when loading.You think by now they would have engineered something a little bit better for the price.

Older model unfortunately broke. The new one is flimsier. Some letters are misaligned. Some letters do not press through well.
