My friend got me one of these once, and ever since I got em I fell in love!!!! I bleed VERY heavy and these hold A LOT, their very long, overnight size and it doesn't even pass on when your sleeping in bed.. I recommend them for females who have very heavy periods just make sure you wear tight panties to hold it in place

If I could give this produce 0 stars I would. I had to use doublestick tape to get it to stick to my relative's underwear. The pad balled up and came apart inside the underwear. Would never buy this product again!

The adhesive (what there is of it) wouldn't keep these in place. Very cheaply made and would not buy again.
