First, the solder pads are butter. I was able to lay down solder without cranking the heat up, and no crazy residue or waxy scorched coating after I was done. Once wired up to my Sequire FC, it powered up and did its thing (pay attention to wiring, not all 8 pin FC to ESC wiring is the same). Telemetry is on point and current measurement needed no calibration.

This might be fine at lower voltages but it couldn't handle 8s at even 40 amps for a couple seconds as it is marketed.

No 4v5 pads DO NOT BUY IF GPS IS PART OF YOUR BUILD. This is a standard feature in modern FCs. Did not think that in the year of our lord 2025 I would have to worry about this being an issue.FC came with RX pads pre-tinned with large blobs of tarnished solder. Returned unit perhaps? Maybe they're just trying to be helpful but it seems sus.No verdict on the ESC yet, haven't flown the stack, but it hooks up to AM32 as it should and motors tested OK.

great for those 8S freestyle quads :)
