I mostly bought this because it's cute, and it would be good to have a little vacuum to get flour and sugar off the counter. It actually works pretty well. I've used it mostly on the dining room table and the counter. It's easy to empty. It's a good alternative to a sponge (because sometimes adding moisture just adds to the mess) or a little broom and dustpan. I think it will be useful, and it was cheap.

I clean as I go when cooking and baking and I was getting tired of seeing my hand-held cordless vac on my counter and tired of taking it back and forth from my laundry room, so I was looking for a better solution. This little vac is adorable and I can leave it on my counter while working and it takes up very little space. It easily picks up dry crumbs, spilled flour, sugar and spices. Several reviewers mentioned difficulty opening it to install the batteries. Admittedly, the instructions are not great, but you just need to hold the bottom with one hand and gently twist the top off with the other hand. I’m glad this runs on batteries and does not need to use a cord to recharge. I don’t want another cord in my house. I can store the vac in a drawer, but I leave it on a kitchen shelf where I can see it because it is so cute!

Besides that this item is super cute, it works great! Easy to install batteries & empty contents, too. I’m an artist & use it to clean up eraser crumbs on my drawing table (as opposed to sweeping them on the floor with a table brush)

This little guy works great! It picks up hair and can pick up anything smaller or about the size of a nickle. The one down side is the battery slot is a little snug so you will have to be careful fitting them in or it could crack. Mine thankfully did not! Its not that loud and is cute! Would recommend

This handy little gadget is intended for cleaning crumbs and such off your computer keyboard. It does that. I had read, however, that it is also useful for cleaning crumbs off tables, countertops, and so forth so I decided to try it out. It works quite well as a "countertop vacuum"! The suction is surprising for its size. It works quite well for picking up dry crumbs and powders from the countertops, stovetop, tabletop, and similar surfaces. It does not, of course, scrub off stuck-on messes nor pick up anything damp but it's not intended for that.I didn't find the instructions that were included to be particularly clear nor helpful. It took me a bit to figure out how to open it to put the batteries in. Opening it to clean out the inside is also a bit awkward; in actuality, it is well-made enough that the pieces fit together tightly enough to make taking it apart a tad difficult! As with putting the batteries in, I was afraid of breaking it. I did finally figure out how to get it apart. This little vacuum is one of those things I didn't know I needed until I got one. It's the easiest way I've found to remove crumbs without getting them mostly in the floor!

Pretty cute little thing. Need better directions, hard to figure out how to get apart to place batteries.

This little bug is so cute, and it functions well. Literally no complaints and does what it needs to do.

First off this is very cheaply made. It's nothing like the first ladybug vacuum that I had about 6 or 7 years ago. This has brushes on it like the first one had but the brushes are more for show than anything else. They don't move, sometimes they just move crumbs away from the vacuum. It's really just a vacuum, there's a hole in the bottom that has weak suction that sucks up crumbs but the brushes on the edges just pushes them away from the vacuum. Definitely not worth the money, better price point would have been $3.99 or $4.99. Insructions are worthless. Thought I would break it trying to get the top off to put the batteries in. Instrustions say to follow the arrows to show which direction to twist to get the top off. There are no arrows. You just have to twist to the left lightly until you feel it give. Lastly, the batteries done seat fully. You have to force them to fully seat, otherwise they'll barely make contact and will pop out of place.

Not very powerful but effective for light crumbs and coffee grinds
