This is a great little dock plate. I wish they had one that had a higher weight capacity (perhaps 1000lbs) but this is helpful for small pallets that we pull from LTL shipments. Not bad at all for the price, either.

Gave this one star because there was nothing lower. This reads like a nice item. Does not work as it should. Slides all over the place, maybe due to plastic laying on top of wood. Most loading docks and truck boxes are made of wood. This did not grip, or grab at all. The design is off. Should have something on the underneath to stop it from sliding. My dolly loaded with lightweight products and myself took quite a tumble. And the brackets underneath are very sharp and could cut you if you were to fall on it - should have an end cap of rubber. And they do not stand behind it; I wished to return it due to the poor design - nope, non-returnable! Do not waste your money on this dockplate.
