This is too cheap, can only feel it half the time. It also does not stay in place very well and comes off on its own

This pack is a fantastic value and these are the most comfortable ear clips I have used. You get 3 clips, a small tube of conduction gel and leads for your unit inside a case. Definitely the ones I will be reccommending to my patients (I am a physical therapist).

Purchased these to stimulate the vagus nerve, looking to improve HRV. Didn’t notice any benefit in HRV on my Apple Watch, or any particular benefit for how I feel. It is very difficult to get these to stay on the tragus, and other parts of the ear are uncomfortable. I may not have given it enough of a chance, as I understand the benefits are supposed to accrue overtime, but I just didn’t have the patience.

Only compatible with some tens units (IReliev) and I thought it was broken until I tried turning it on with the electrode gel, but not on my body. Will only register/allow me to adjust the level when closed over a blob of gel and not on my ear. Glad it works, sad it doesn't work better.

Para la estimulación en el tragus se recomienda usar solución salina (o un poco de saliva) por que con el gel se resbala. Revisen los videos que viene en el ebook
