I was nervous to buy this at first, but it’s actually a great size! The hole is just big enough for my ear, and i really like that the pillow isn’t donut shaped like so many others on amazon. It makes it much more comfortable to sleep on. I use it for my cartilage piercing and it works well.

Recently got my helix pierced and this is perfect to avoid sleeping on it. It’s a little smaller than expected but does the job.

I gave this 5 stars for its potential. It does protect the ears from being crushed if you are a side sleeper. However the weave is a bit coarse for me and the pillow is rather firm. Also it would be more comfortable if it were larger. Having said that I think I can make it softer by removing some of the stuffing, and learn to keep it in place despite its size. The concept is great, it does what is designed and I would recommend it.

So it's a little small and firm but if you're listening to something with headphones it's pretty good for that. Been using it for ASMR when I can't sleep

Really did the trick for a side sleeper with a new cartilage piercing. No pain, no midnight wake-ups, size was just right for an average sized ear. Pillow and pillow case are pretty soft and easy to clean. Just tossed it in the wash and it came out fine.

The dermatologist suggested that I get an ear pillow when I got a sore on the curved cartilage of my ear. It works perfectly. It is comfortable when I am sleeping on my back but more importantly when I turn to my side the hole allows me to sleep very comfortable but with my ear not touching the surface.

I received this today and it truly is a life saver. I have two new conch piercings and I couldn't sleep on my side because of the pain from the piercings. This ear pillow is so comfortable and I have no pain resting on my side now

Excellent pillow for post ear piercing. Also can be used as a wedge pillow for legs when sleeping.
