Use needle nose pliers to push the back clips together until you achieve the desired fit. Be very careful as to not crush the shape of the clips.

One of my ear piercings is not straight, so any post earring I wear in that ear would tip forward, so I thought I’d try these backs to see if they would correct the problem. I also have very sensitive skin and many backs irritate my ears. Well, I tried them for the first time and the earring is straight, just like the opposite side. Plus, I had no skin issues…actually forgot I had used one. Highly recommend. So pleased!

These were a great disappointing-couldn’t use on pearl wanted to replace oversize plastic ones. Unfortunately this is NOT my solution’sm

They don't really work the way they should, but they do help some tho. I have very small earlobes but love heavy, chunky rhinestone earrings. It's easy to use, but you should pry open the flaps till it fits your earring back easily. It is cheaper than others, The size could be a little bigger, they are comfortable. The color is good, but they aren't actually 14k gold. I would not quite recommend. But they are cheap so you can give them a try!

These are tin, not gold, and extremely flimsy. I doubt they would support any earrings at all
