It coated inside of my frame nicely. Top tip: Wear a face mask and long sleeves if under the vehicle spraying. Any overspray that gets on you does not come off. Ask me how I know! lol

Make sure you allow more time to dry than what’s indicated in the application directions. Add another 24 hours.

The tube by itself has no support so it flails all over and doesn't get paint where you want it. Straighten a clothes hanger and tape it to the tube and you'll be able to control where the paint ends up better. This system with the tube works well, it has 4 nozzles at the end the paint is expelled from. I do wish it had 6 or 8 so it got a more consistent coverage inside. You end up having to just take more passes rotating a bit each time when you can.The paint comes out with okay pressure when it gets to the nozzles in the end, I do wish it was a little stronger. You're limited however because the nozzles can only let so much out and there is a residual amount of pressure left in the tube after you let off the can nozzle, you will see what I mean when you try it. It causes it to spray 3-4 seconds longer than you're pressing the nozzle.Make sure you are wearing a respirator and goggles at the least, I even had a face shield on as well. The last thing you want is the tube to get away from you while you're spraying! You'll be telling a funny story for a good week if it does because this stuff sticks as well to skin if not better than metal. (Don't ask how I know!)Overall I feel like this did a good job and I'd recommend it to any DIY vehicle rust restoration. For reference I used 3 cans to do the back half of a boxed in 2013 Chevy 2500 frame and was able to cover everything well, see pics.

Don't bother prep work tell after this is done. It's messy it's gonna drip through to anything under it and might spray to the ceiling as well but if you're daring enough to wear it it seems to cover well. This it what $35 got me. One very well coated internal frame rain on an 86 mustang and a little spray left for the radiator support. $70 to treat the front of the car. Not bad if it lasts. the inside looks well coated after 2 passes. I did my best to get a couple pictures in different locations.

This stuff looks good. Only time will tell if it holds up. Have a 69 land rover that I am doing a frame off refresh. Anyone who knows rovers will admit the frames rot out. If yours is gone...you can purchase a new frame that has been galvanized dipped to fix this problem...but what can be done if your frame is original, not rotted out and you would like to keep it that way......This looks like the best bet. I high pressure power washed my frame and blasted all the loose dirt and rust from the inside flushing water through all the holes that rover originally put in the frame. I used my borescope to look inside and make sure it was clean. I noticed that even though the fan on the end of the tube sprayed out well, gravity still coated the bottom better than the top..so.. I turned the frame upside down first and gave everything a good coat. Then I turned it over right side up and coated it again. Now when I look inside the frame is coated nicely all around, top and bottom. Like I said only time will tell how well it lasts...will it be better than galvanized? I don't know but it is better than nothing inside.....and cheaper than buying a new frame if you don't kneed it.

I am very impressed with this product, insane coverage, go over the area a few times and you will have amazing coverage nozzle sprays 360 degrees.Make sure to wear proper clothing, gloves glasses face shield, longsleeve shirt, also tape off the holes on bottom of the frame to prevent making a huge mess. This stuff is very liquidy and seeps into all crevices. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an internal frame solution.I blasted out the frame with an air nozzle and vacuum, and used a long wire brush attachment on a drill to clean it up best as possible.Better prep= better results.Looking forward to see how this holds up, I plan to cover it with 3M cavity wax plus after I am finished painting underside of car. For a double protection inside the frame.

Based on Eastwood's Product reviews it should work just fine with a few coats.

I feel this is the best option for DIY. The tube length and sprayer effectiveness is ideal. As far as the product effectiveness goes, only time will tell.
