UPDATED on 08/07/24I contacted the seller about the thread problems I mentioned below. They responded immediately and contacted the manufacturer immediately and the manufacturer FIXED the THREADS in the mop head as the NEW PICTURE shows.I am impressed with how quickly this defect was resolved, cannot say enough about this product with the new improved threads!Our awning was filthy from a week of camping in the worst pollen I have ever experienced here in New England. I purchased this to try to clean it off and it worked great! I just extended the awning a roll at a time and cleaned it as I did that. It was then easy to clean the top AND the bottom at the same time without all the strain on my back and difficulties I have had in the past cleaning our awning.I am very pleased with it and the quality of it, BUT the threads in the mop head where the handle screws in are not very good (see pic) while the handle threads themselves are very good. So, one must be very careful not to overtighten the handle or the threads in the head will strip (you could permanently attach it by putting a screw through it which is my plan if it strips). This did not happen to me since I read the reviews prior to using it and so took care. PLUS it comes with EXTRA mop head threaded part so if it strips, at least you have another.The I found the mop head to be easy to clean and use and it seems durable and it was easy to squeeze the water out with my hands or remove it from the tool to ring it out. Besides the potential stripping of the threads as previously mentioned, I do not understand any of the other low reviews. It is not a commercial mop for cleaning heavily uncared for awnings that would require special equipment to clean, it works excellently for regular awning upkeep, in fact, it makes me WANT to do the upkeep since it is so much easier than being on a ladder!In relation to the low reviews, the question is, did they ever contact the seller to see if something could be done for the issues they had? I contacted the seller and they responded immediately and were easy to communicate with. No one should be putting a negative review until the have contacted the manufacturer/seller, that is just not fair. Stuff happens, give them a chance to make it right, if you don't ask, you don't get!

Let’s face it, rv awning’s can be hard to clean. Leaving the campsite, who wants to roll up a wet awning only to find mold and mildew when you unroll it again? This very clever product is the perfect solution for keeping your rv awning in like new condition. I’m 5’2â€, so I have a very difficult time reaching the awning with a standard broom to knock off the leaves as I pack up to pull out of a campsite. Not a problem with this mop! It has an extra long handle and makes the job a breeze! Did have an issue with the mop head, but when I contacted the company they resolved to problem very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Don’t think I’ve ever seen such amazing customer service. HIGHLY recommend this product and this company!!! I did not receive any payment nor product for this review.

This was a waste of money. The head of the mop keeps coming off the handle. When I tried to wipe the edge of the awning the mop head keeps unscrewing from the handle. I tried to tight it but it just wouldn't get tight enough. Not worth the money.

The pole that attaches to the head keeps coming off. No matter how hard you screw it on it comes off. I tried both plastic pieces that were supplied and the same thong happen. Frustrated. I guess I will drill and screw it on

I used it for my RV awning and it really didn't work all that well
