- The clutch starts to work at about 2100 revolutions. The maximum torque of the clutch is 6N at 3600 revolutions. The clutch can only be installed on the flat shaft. The size is 16mm 19.05mm 20mm 25.4mm. The working principle of this clutch is by inputting 2000 When the rotating speed reaches the centrifugal block, it drives the pinion to transmit torque. The output force is the maximum at 3600 rpm. During the design and trial of this clutch, it is strictly prohibited for the clutch to slip. The clutch has failed. A prerequisite for avoiding clutch slippage, the reduction ratio must be designed when refitting.
- Oiling the clutch is extremely important. If heat damage occurs, the clutch will never disengage and the machine will start taking off by itself as soon as you start the engine. This is very dangerous! You can see heat damage inside the clutch drum, the metal turns from black to a blue color.

The importance of oiling:

Note:
- The Centrifugal Clutch 1" needs be oiled before use.
- Before ordering please check your crankshaft size.
- Don't put oil inside the clutch holes: The holes on the drum are to let the hot air out of the clutch. DO NOT SQUIRT OIL IN THESE HOLES. When oil gets in the drum portion of the clutch it will cause excessive slippage, which means undue heat will be generated.

i put this on my 400cc go kart and this clutch is rated for the hp and rpm output of the engine but yet in the end when installing it all it did was slip out and burn until it started smoking. Very disappointed and if you are having the same problem as me where the clutch is slipped just buy a heavy duty clutch or torque converter
