I used these on Amplifier driver transistors which get warm with use. Keeps them cooler without having to fit in a pc board mounted heatsink.

I used one inside a phantom 4 pro controller to help prevent an over heating issue that led to the board needing to be reflowed. So far they have worked great.

I installed these heatsinks on a pair of Raspberry Pi model 1 B+ - the original model. They fit well and were easy to install. The adhesive sticks well. These two computers run as bare boards. They are not installed in a case of any kind, so clearances are not an issue.They did not reduce the operating temperature very much at all. One of the computers was running at 48C and now runs at 45C. The other was running at 46C and now runs at 42 or 43C. That is not much reduction. The heat sinks are barely warm, which makes me think perhaps lm_sensors is not measuring the temperature of the two big chips.In any event, although they may not be very effective, they do no harm.

I used these to cool the main controller inside a wireless extender which was crashing due to overheating. After I installed one on top of IC and a flat one on the other side of the PCB, problem was solved

Sure they are heat sinks, But why not use the much more effective larger sinks for your Pi like - they are better at cooling.

Sería mejor si el disipador de la CPU fuera de cobre, como en otros kits, pero poco se puede pedir por ese precio.Cumplen sus función, apenas bajan la temperatura pero sí distribuyen el calor.
