Very easy to install and provides a good, rigid edge to your landscaping. My only issue is that I wish it had a few more stakes. Especially if you go around a lot of curves.

We were getting ready to put some 3/4" river rock around the outside of our pool enclosure and I needed some edging to help keep the rock in place. I've used the traditional plastic edging at my last house and let's just say I wasn't happy with all of the digging I had to do. We decided to give this a try based on a lot of positive reviews. The price was much better here than at the local "big box" stores and the longest length they had in the store was 60ft, this was 100 ft with a $5 price difference, couldn't beat it.Some helpful tips:Prep Work:Unroll it and let it sit out in the sun for a few hours to help it straighten out a bit, put something on each end to keep it in placeWhile you can install it by yourself, two people make it a lot easierUse a metal garden rake or shovel to make sure the edge area is level, or as smooth as it can be, depending on your landscapeWe have pretty sandy soil here in Florida so I wet the edge area first with a hose, it seemed to help give the spikes more grabBuy EXTRA spikes, if you're going to do a lot of bends and rounded corners, you'll need them. Sandy or loose soil, they'll help a lotTools:I used a rubber mallet, a pair of snips for cutting and a heat gun in a few places where I need to make some sharp bends. A garden rake and shovel will be needed to prep the area.Installation:Lay the edging out where you want to install itStart at the end and then put a spike in every 6 feet or so to get the rough outlineMake adjustments to the shapeOnce you're happy, go back and put the rest of your spikes in. I spaced them about 3 feet apart, corners and bends, about 1 foot apartI have to say, it was much easier using the no-dig edging than the old plastic stuff. It's holding the rock very well and I get compliments on it from friends and neighbors. It's holding up well against my weekly weed whacking, which is a plus. Not including the prep time, my wife and I installed almost 300 feet in about half a day and that was with taking more than a few breaks to hydrate and stretch.

As an avid gardener, maintaining the neatness and organization of my garden is of utmost importance to me. After extensive research and seeking recommendations, I decided to give the EasyFlex No-Dig Landscape Edging a try. This comprehensive review aims to provide an honest and unbiased assessment of the product based on my personal experience, highlighting its key features, effectiveness, installation process, durability, and overall value for money.Installation Process (★★★★☆): The EasyFlex No-Dig Landscape Edging is aptly named, as it lives up to its promise of effortless installation. The kit includes everything needed for the task, including 40 feet of black plastic garden border, along with bonus anchoring spikes. The step-by-step instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. With no digging required, I was able to create clean and defined edges in my garden within a short span of time. However, I deducted one star as I found the anchoring spikes slightly challenging to insert into harder soil, requiring some additional effort.Design and Appearance (★★★★☆): The 1.5-inch tall straight top plastic garden border offered by the EasyFlex No-Dig Landscape Edging blends seamlessly into the surroundings. The black color provides a classic and elegant look that enhances the overall aesthetics of the garden. The straight top design creates a professional and polished finish. The only minor drawback is that the plastic material, while durable, can occasionally appear slightly flimsy and less substantial than other alternatives on the market.Durability and Longevity (★★★★☆): During my experience with the EasyFlex No-Dig Landscape Edging, it withstood various weather conditions, including heavy rainfall, scorching sun, and even minor accidental impacts from garden tools. The sturdy plastic material showed remarkable resilience and did not crack or break. However, in some cases, the edging did shift slightly after intense rainfall, requiring minor readjustments. While this did not significantly affect the overall performance, it's worth mentioning as a potential consideration.Functionality and Effectiveness (★★★★☆): The EasyFlex No-Dig Landscape Edging proved to be highly effective in its primary function of separating different areas within my garden. It provided a clear demarcation between the flower beds and the lawn, preventing grass from encroaching on the delicate plants. The edging also served as a reliable barrier to contain mulch or gravel, keeping them neatly contained within their designated areas. It's important to note that the height of 1.5 inches might not be sufficient for larger garden projects requiring deeper edging.Value for Money (★★★★☆): Considering the features and benefits provided by the EasyFlex No-Dig Landscape Edging, it offers great value for money. The 40-foot kit is reasonably priced and includes the essential components needed for installation. The longevity and durability of the product ensure that it will withstand the test of time, reducing the need for frequent replacements. However, the addition of a few extra anchoring spikes in the kit would have been beneficial, particularly for those with challenging soil conditions.Helpfulness Tips:1. Before installation, soften the ground by watering the area or using a garden fork to make it easier to insert the anchoring spikes.2. Use a rubber mallet or a block of wood to gently tap the anchoring spikes into harder soil.3. Consider using additional stakes or securing methods for particularly uneven or sloping terrains to ensure optimal stability.4. Regularly inspect the edging after heavy rainfall or significant soil shifts, making minor adjustments if necessary. Conclusion: Overall, the EasyFlex No-Dig Landscape Edging with BONUS Anchoring Spikes is a highly functional and practical solution for creating well-defined and attractive garden borders. Its effortless installation process, pleasing design, and remarkable durability make it a valuable addition to any gardening project. While the anchoring spikes could be slightly improved, the product's performance and overall value for money make it a worthwhile investment for those seeking an efficient and long-lasting landscape edging solution.

When I purchased this, I was not sure how it was going to look. After installing it around the yard, I would think that a landscaping company installed it. Really easy to put in on the ground and looks great. Just make sure to purchase more stakes to hold in the ground.

This is a GREAT product. Very easy to use. This edging cuts and bends smoothly making install a breeze. It seems pretty durable and came with more than enough stakes to get the job done.

Works well in a pinch (definitely not as good as metal edging) - but be warned, in the summer months it has a tendency to warp.

I liked how easy the edging was to install. To make sure that the grass would not grow right under it, I placed some wet newspaper along the garden bed and under the edging. Next, I added lots of mulch. My garden beds look so much better now. I bought this edging twice so far and plan to by it a third time to do all my edging with it. I used to think I had to bury my edging to keep the grass from growing into my garden beds. I really did not look forward to install more edging, but this edging is working well, and I am not worried about the work and time it takes to lay this edging. It's so easy and makes a difference in my garden in no time. I already recommended it to a friend.

I ordered 200 ft. to edge flower beds and it was so easy and quick to use. No digging a trench like regular edging. It was easy to shape to whatever edge I wanted and had more than enough spikes to finish.

llego en buen tiempo y me parece buen articulo. fácil de instalar, y sus estacas a pesar de ser de plástico son muy resistentes, pero deberÃan incluir una cuantas piezas mas.
