The brown ornamental edging is flexible enough to use as a tree ring and the patented No-Dig L-shaped design eliminates damage from digging into tree and plant roots. An overlapping post system creates seamless borders, eliminating the need for connector pieces. Unlike other decorative fence-style edging products, the 2.7-inch-high edging has a built-in retaining section designed to hold back bedding materials and can be installed on top of landscape fabric to prevent weed growth. Simply clear the area of debris and align the edging to the shape of the bed. Slide edging pieces together to create a continuous border around your installation area. To secure the installation, use a mallet to pound the spikes (included) into the ground through the pre-drilled hole in each end tab of the edging. Proudly made in the USA, the edging kit includes (12) 15-inch-wide x 2.7-inch-high edging pieces and (24) 8-inch anchoring spikes to complete a 15-foot installation.

I have purchased 5 boxes of these because they are so easy to install, they are flexible and strong and look great. They are a good size and lots of stakes come with each box. We bought the brown that appears a mix of gray and brown. Happy with this purchase.

I purchased 90' of edging. It took me about two hours to fit, intall and mulch. Ultimately it did five areas in the front yard. It looks fine and the price was good. They siding pieces are hollow but there are enough stakes to hold them in place. First the edging was connected by sliding the sides together. Once the circle was formed, I rounded it out and put in the large plastic nails tentatively in place. There are three humps to a each piece and three holes to bang the large plastic nails into the ground. They give you enough nails to secure each end piece. I used a rubber mallet. The soil here is sandy loam. The nails went in in about 6 whacks.

This product is easy to work with and looks good. While it's not real sturdy, it creates a good decorative barrier for a garden or other project.My kit was short by 10 stakes, this is the reason for only 3 stars. This leaves you hanging, and forces you to locate some other items to complete the job.

Looks beautiful around my flower bed! They give you plenty of stakes to hold it down. You dont need to put one down for each hole provided. Its very sturdy and super easy to set up. Its shorter than I thought, but also didnt read very well. Still works perfect for me! They are flexible too. Was able to go around a bend and make a sharp corner too.

Because of life emergencies, I was not able to install this until just after the return window closed. What a big waste of money. I decided to get this product to line my filled ditch next to the road to make it look more intentional and finished so that people wouldn't drive on it (the rocks cover drainage tile). They would drive over or back into the landscape lights and break them.I had to buy three boxes of this item to cover the length of the ditch. Installation was fine, but god it looked ugly. A cheap-looking eyesore of a product. I was actually embarrassed when neighbors saw me installing it. My only hope was that it was ugly enough to catch a driver's attention so they wouldn't drive over the rocks, but apparently not. Just a few weeks after installation, a delivery driver tried to pull off the road a little next to the ditch and completely ruined that section. What a waste of money. I wouldn't even use the rest of this edging around a garden, it just looks horrible.

Fantastic edging. So easy to use. However 1 box was 4 pieces short. The other 2 boxes were fine. I have ordered another 5 boxes so hopefully they will be correct.

They provide a nice natural stone look and the pegs are sturdy enough to handle the force of a rubber mallet to drive them into the dirt. Would be nice if they al were just an inch or 2 taller but they look very nice as a border and are built well enough to take a couple hits with the weed wacker when edging
