This came with everything needed to safely mount one of our boards to the wall. This kit doesn’t need to be mounted into studs. The board is super secure and I have no worried about it fall off the mounts or the mounts detaching from the wall. I look forward to buy several more of these kits for our garage.

Holds my 10 foot sugihara board in the garage like a champ. Gave it.a 4/5 because the width from wall to lip is more narrow than the picture shows. Really happy that it comes with padding.UPDATE: purchased another set for my new 8' board that's even wider than the sugihara board. Both are anchored well in the garage and have withstood the florida heat/humidity/hurricanes without any issue so far!

These work as advertised..Here are two installation tips:1. These come with drywall anchor screws. I recommend that you try to install these into wall studs if at all possible, and use your own screws.2. Consider angling these slightly when you install them so that they more exactly fit against the curved section of the board. IOW, if you install them flat (with the vertical part perpendicular to the floor), the padding won't be as effective. Note, in my photo, how the left bracket is noticeably tilted.

Does a great job holding my board up on the wall! The padding is just enough to cover the inside surfaces of the mounts. I like that it's low-profile as viewed from the front.
