If you’re complaining about this box then you have no clue how to even use it. Easy set up. Run my IPTV on it no issues and getting apps was easy. So happy to get rid of my firestick sand come to this box do yourself a favor and get one. The negative reviews are from people who are uninformed how to run these

I cut the cord a while back and have had a couple of these type of boxes already. I update them with a new one every few years and this one is the best yet. My viewing needs are simple so other than the minimal price for the box and my broadband connection, I haven't paid a dime for streaming services in years. Loading apps and configuration was a breeze, I had duplicated the capabilities of my old box in an hour and the new box was more dependable. I look to get a few years out of this box.

Thir review is NOT about this box.what is amazon doing.tas you read on you see im talking about another box that has 6 gigs of ram.amazon has reviews about other products in the wrong place.this does nothing to help people or scamazon ve had for years with no problembut this box with.6gigs ram worked but had other problems like buffering when trying to get into google app store also propryatary app store is empty.volume at MAX when booting up.i feel guilty having to try a couple of these and sending them back because of glitches or defects.i would REALLY like to buy one and be done.i bought another one for cheaper when i got this one that has 4gigs ram 64mem thats working.but its ram is not as fast.but the other features are working for now.i guess some have bugs.IDK

The SlingTV Android app from the Google Play Store installs buy just gives a blank screen like on our other Android TV streaming boxes. Same thing happens on our Samsung SmartTV running the Samsung TV SlingTV app. I chatted online with a rep from SlingTV but he could not give me tell me if or when someone would get back to me from Sling. I won't be renewing my subscription at the end of January. This box works well other than the SlingTV app which is a problem everywhere for me.

This box does NOT support Chromecasting to it from your mobile device, as is incorrectly stated when you search the specs.It may be a good box otherwise, but I specifically bought it for Chromecast, so it's a bust for my needs.

On the android keyboard remote control, the outer top right button (spring) is defective and makes the button unusable.I am unable to exit or get into certain options or settings while using the android box, since all of my keyboard features are not working properly. Please replace the android keyboard remote. There is no option within Amazon that gives you the option to replace 1 of the 3 items that came with the order.
