The handles are continually falling off while trying to roll clay. The clamp that is supposed to hold it to a surface falls off. It’s worthless. This is very flimsy, handles are constantly falling off, you almost have to push the clay through manually. It should have been delivered to the dump instead of my home, that would have saved me the trip.

I use this for polymer clay and it gets the job done. At first, it was a little to get used to (the knobs) but once I got, I thought it was a genius idea (you pull out, move the dial and put back in place, there's a spring or something).

I’ve used quite a few clay conditioning/pasta machines (Sculpey and Michael’s brand, etc.) in my time as a polymer clay artist. I wanted another one, exclusively for when I’m working with black clay. Thought I’d give this one a try. It is absolute trash. No matter how firm or soft your clay is, no matter how thin the clay is, the thing does not work as intended. Clay sticks to the rollers (regardless of how well you clean them) and when you crank the handle, the rollers only move some of the time as if the gears are stripped.I’ve never wanted to chuck something out the window as bad as I do this thing and I used to work with older printers in an office setting that always had paper jams.Avoid this thing. Spend a few more bucks for better machine.
