I got this to clean chandelier in my new home with 2 storied living room definitely a good buy.Pros:1. The product is sturdy enough for the long reach maybe could have been a bit more thicker but definitely holds well.2. The cleaning heads definitely provide a lot of flexibility3. The product was easy to use right out of packaging.4. It did fit easily had to just literally just screw on the cleaning head I need.5. Effective and efficient for first clean. Definitely did serve my immediate need.6. The length of the handle is really good and was able to reach top of the chandelier. I am 5ft 9inches and was able to reach top of the chandelier.Cons:1. The handle could have been a bit more thicker2. The cleaning heads haven't been used that heavily so not sure of durability or efficiency in long run.I would recommend it for anyone.

Love that I am able to wash the outside of all my windows so easily and dry right away with the squeege, no streaks are left and my windows are clean! Amazing product!

The extention pole is long enough to reach every window, although the squeegee is not the best quality . I wish it were a bit more firm, so it could help clean off the liquid better.

I bought this kit to clean my Solar Panels and it was quick and easy. Lightweight and very sturdy while removing the water from the panels. Leaving no streaks with ease.

OK, value and accurately described but the parts seem a little flimsy, but to be fair that maybe just to keep the weight down and lower fatigue on the arms

We have two story windows in our great room and the extended pole configuration is just what I needed. Easy to handle and control at full length as well. I am still not completely sold on having the soaker and squeegee on the same head as I am sometimes getting splash from the soaker on the window when squeegeeing. It will take some getting used to to not have this happen. Otherwise good product so far, happy with the quality of build, ease of assembly and soaker/squeegee removal.
