Excellent briefcase with several organization options for small items. The bag looks very professional. It would fit in better in the office than the gun range. It also looks as high quality as it feels; the pictures here on Amazon don't quite convey the high-end appearance and feel. The bag is sturdy with a good amount of padding so you can protect your laptop and/or you can carry a firearm without printing or being obvious. Most interior surfaces of the bag are made of Velcro, which can make organization customizable but it can also make some items difficult to put in or pull out. The hardware attaching the strap are all plastic, but they feel built-to-last as long as you don't over-pack the bag. The bag is rather thin, so it can't easily carry wide items that aren't long and thin. The hidden pocket at the top of the bag has a metal latch, making it rather easy to access an EDC. I enjoy using this for work, but I don't know if I will be carrying in the bag. For one, I have heard experts say it is unadvised to carry a firearm in a bag -- on-body is recommended. However, frankly, on-body carry is not always an option, so this bag will service others perfectly. I would recommend (the obvious) individuals to train with this bag if you plan to carry with it. The bag has several top compartments, and the hidden pocket is well hidden. It might be tough to draw quickly in a time of crisis. But all bags require one to train in order to be safe and effective, so that isn't a criticism. Overall, I'm more pleased with this bag than I had expected.

This is a very well made and good looking laptop bag featuring an inconspicuous magnetic closure CCW pocket. The CCW pocket has very small loops at the very bottom that can be used as attachment points for a holster and the interior is looped in order to support Velcro attachments. The fit and finish are excellent and it provides ample storage space for all your gear and accessories, with multiple storage pockets and loops. As others have mentioned, the padded laptop pocket fails to extent to the bottom on the bag, which is unfortunate. However, the structured bottom does provide a meaningful level of protection in place of padding. The zippers are well made and easy to pull. For all the good, there is one potential issue: the shoulder strap is attached using somewhat cheap-looking and feeling clips, and while they are certainly more robust than what you typically see, for a bag of this quality and at the price point, I would very much expect to see a much more robust and better looking attachment method than this. I am fearful that this design choice might become the weak point of this otherwise awesome bag. In spite of this fact, I am very impressed overall with this bag and the thoughtful design and build quality make it an excellent EDC option.

I really like how this messenger bag is casual looking enough to not scream tactical to everyone. I'd gladly use it as an EDC laptop bag even if I were carrying my CCW on my person since it's so nicely made. The zippers are beefy and operate smoothly, there's enough useful pockets with and without zippers or velcro fasteners, and the bottom is structured to help the bag sit upright. There's loop lining in all the right places to allow you to add accessories with hook backing. Although the laptop sleeve is padded, I wish it didn't extend all the way to the bottom to help with drop protection.The CCW compartment is underneath the top carry handle and has a magnetic closure on the flap. Even though it's easy enough to access, it will take practice to be fast and proficient with it just like with anything new and unfamiliar. I like how the CCW compartment is located in the middle so that it's not obvious of what's there if someone were to bump into it.This is not a cheap bag, so it would have been nice if Eberlestock included a hook & loop pistol wrap especially to complete the CCW purpose for this thing. FWIW, my Sig P365XL fit with plenty of room to spare, so a G19 or even G17 should work fine.

This is my second Eberlestock bag, and I am happy to report that it's just as well made as my first bag. It's the perfect bag for someone who wants to CCW but doesn't like to carry their weapon on their body. The loop lined pockets/bag sections provide a perfect place for a velcro holster and there are plenty of interior pockets to hold pens, maybe an EDC pocket knife your phone and keys.There is a decent sized padded laptop / tablet sleeve that holds my HP work laptop perfectly and provides it with really good protection from being dropped or damaged. The shoulder strap is perfectly sized for the bag and is comfortable to use to carry the bag. I am using this as my weekend work bag (I teach CCL classes) and it's working out great!I would absolutely recommend this bag!

With the exception of the two outside pockets and the transparent inner pocket, everything else is all loop lined.The bag overall feels well made and nothing feels like shortcuts were taken. A good amount of organization and customization available (with accessories).I knew there was a specific CCW compartment but I didn't realize how well hidden it actually was. I had to take an extra few seconds to find it.The laptop sleeve fits my 15" laptop no problem, but cool thing is you can also order a plate for the sleeve by scanning the QR code that comes with the bag.Use it as your work bag with a laptop, or fit in all your firearm gear and none will be the wiser. I won't use this bag much as I don't bring my laptop around often, but it will definitely be the go to when I do.

It looks different in person, not as wide. I didn't recognize it from the photos but all in all it's a nice laptop bag. It's not for large items, just to slip a computer or iPad in. I think it's got enough padding to protect the contents but it's the fabric that's hardcore, probably will last a long time.
