My VTech 6719 NI-MH batteries are three years old, and their talk time has diminished. EBL’s replacement batteries are the same size and have the same connectors as the original batteries that came with my two VTech headsets. The only difference is that the original batteries have a capacity of 300 mAH, whereas EBL’s batteries have a 1,000 mAH capacity. The VTech batteries lasted better than expected, so I’m hoping EBL’s batteries, with their higher capacity, will last longer. The product description promises a longevity of 5 years. We’ll see if that claim holds.EBL’s batteries contain no mercury or cadmium, making them environmentally friendly, and are protected against short circuits and leakage. The latter is a concern as my VTech house phones don’t get much use; most of my communication is done using my cell phone, so there is always a chance that the handset battery could leak unnoticed and cause damage to one of the handsets.Having greater capacity and being economically priced, it’s hard to fault EBL’s replacement batteries.

Technically, these batteries are not for the VTech model CS-6228 per the description. This battery is BT183342/BT283342 and the VTech CS-6228 battery is BT18433/BT28433. However, other Amazon listings list this same battery as being a replacement for the CS-6228 so I thought I'd give them a try. The connectors are not exactly the same - included some close-up photos of all sides of this battery's connector for comparison. They fit, although these are a little taller when seated. But they work and for the price, you can't beat it. Sure better than buying new phones.

We have had this ATT cordless phone system for years. Lately the phones wouldn't hold their charge. they were dropping calls, saying that the phone was too far away from the base... These batteries came yesterday and I installed them all immediately. And even though they all showed only a single bar, my wife was able to take a call that lasted quite a while without interruption. Now that they are fully charged, they are working like brand new!! The easiest repair at the lowest price has restored our phones to new condition! We are completely satisfied!!

Breathed new life into my cordless office phones. The batteries were an exact fit and installed easily. These are supposedly 1000mAh and the original OEMs are 400mAh in the same size and approximate weight. I don't have a way to test the battery capacity but after using these all week they seem to last about as long as the original batteries when new. I doubt that they are in fact 1000mAh capacity. But they work great and are a competitive price too.

Got the 4 pack of EBL BT183342/BT283342 2.4V 1000mAh Ni-MH Batteries as I have 4 old phonesThey fit perfectly in my AT&T wireless phones. The old batteries say 400mAH and these say 1,000mAH. So maybe they will last longer. They are working and no issues to report.

Installed in Vtech IS8151 handsets with no problems, worked fine right out of the box.Old batteries were rated at 400mah, while these are rated at 1000mah, so I have high hopes for them. This rating is not implausible, they're just AAA size cells, and higher capacity cells exist. But the handsets are weird about rechargeables, with some reporting 2/3 even when fully charged. I'll need to do some testing to see if they really make a difference.

These are great replacement batteries for your cordless phone. I like that they are very easy to install. I also like that the replacement batteries are compatible with multiple cordless phones. I like that you get 2 batteries. So far, they are working as expected.
