Is a great bike and haven’t had an issues. It was the first bike I’ve ever put together and I did it alone without too many problems (33 year old female)The instruction manual is not for a bike with this particular brake system though, I had to look up a video for that.8/10

I was really surprised when I received this bike earlier this month. I commute by bike, and my previous bike, a Nishiki Pueblo, needed to be replaced. While this bike cost some fifty dollars less than the Nishiki, It is superior in all ways but two. For starters, the tires are similar to my Serfas Drifters; so they will last a very long time on the sidewalks. At some 70 miles a week, I go through regular mountain bike tires in a matter of a few months at best. These should last a few years. The gears really are spectacular. I admit that I haven't bought a top of the line bike in about 30 years, but these gears are better than the ones on my old Benoto Modelo 1500 that I had bought in 1990 at half price for $700. There is zero slippage if you put pressure on the pedals. Nothing but immediate response. The disc brakes are the first ones I've ever used, but they make a big difference. And the gear range is great for commuting. I normally ride this one in the 2-3 to 2-6 (or 10th thru 13th gears) and make pretty good time. Customer service is also exceptional. There was a mild problem with the shipping label, and the response was immediate and their apology seemed very sincere. Everyone messes up, it's how we deal with it that matters. And they dealt with it like a champ. The only complaints I have about it is the instructions don't mention disc brakes, and the video didn't address the front brake issues. I haven't bothered looking up a video to adjust it, so that's my bad. There is also no air pump included. I think that was an error in translation on their end. Besides that, the frame is about an inch shorter than I'm used to. I'm 6'2", so this may be a more comfortable fit for you. Not unduly short, just not quite right for me. And it is heavy! Not a problem for a commuter, but if you're riding it off-road, and have to carry it; you're in for a workout. And that's it! Overall, one of the sweetest rides I've owned for a while.Jim LunsfordAuthor: Useless EatersUpdate: It is 10 June and the bike is shot. True I ride it a lot, but the front sprocket is loose and the rear gears are shot. I've given up on bikes now. If I'm going to pay a few hundred dollars for something that won't last, I guess it'll be an electric skateboard. At least I won't have to work myself to death riding it.

I love the bike it is beautiful, and light very good one for the price. But it came with an error, the left pedal doesn’t screw to the arm. I try to contact the seller and couldn’t reach them so they can send me a good one. Because I like the bike I decided to returned and order the same one, but it came with the same problem, it looks like it came with a batch problem. I brought it to a bike store and they where not able to put the pedal neither.

I do all my own work on my bikes so any adjustments are no problem for me. Keep this in mind getting a bike in the mail. Bike shops deal with this already and you will pay for this service. I added accessories and customized the bike to my liking. I thought it was a good deal myself.
