If you have a blinking "AFS OFF" light on your Lexus RX350 then it is likely because this tiny lever is broken and needs to be replaced. This is a fairly easy DIY project but requires to go under the vehicle. I didn't need to raise the vehicle but this lever is located on the bottom near the rear passenger-side wheel. This lever helps determine whether your vehicle is level for adaptive front-light system (AFS) or whether your vehicle is tail-heavy so to speak. This lever can get frozen due to rust and then typically snaps in half after you hit a bump on the road. After that it needs to be replaced for the AFS system to start working again.Look up a Youtube video of that repair. You'll need two 10mm wrenches to replace it and some PB Blaster to fight the rust if you live in the rust belt.Keep the two original nuts and one washer that you'll unscrew from the your old lever since this one doesn't come with any washers or nuts so you'll have to reuse the old ones.
