I bought this for my 58V system and it works great! Though it’s designed for the gas system, it hooked right up and functioned perfectly!

I should have gotten this years ago. Why the heck have I been tilling by hand?!?!?!!? very handy. Will tear up anything you put it to. Highly recommended if you have an Echo PAS

Small yard. Needs tilling. Got tilled. Very satisfied. You could till a 2x4 space or larger. Saves your back and makes it possible to win the war against weeds in smaller backyards and spaces while bringing serious power to bear. I am very impressed, as i have always been with Echo products.

I was going to spend $500 and buy a Mantis tiller after renting one from Home Depot. Not that there was anything wrong with it, but this was only $200 plus/minus. I already have the echo 225PAS powerhead. This tool fits perfect and it’s a beast. It’s geared down so low that will break through hard soil and even clay.

My husband asked me to order this, and to be honest with you when I ordered it I didn’t even know what it was. He loves that it’s interchangeable with the other things that he can buy to use. Instead, it’s heavy duty and it gets through what he needs it to get through and my husband is not gentle on things. He’s very very happy with the purchase, and uses it literally all summer. For me, it’s a little heavy, but for him he has no issue with it.

This tiller exceeded my expectations. The small size made me sceptical, but it did a great job. To be clear, this item is not for big jobs. I was tilling a 6 x 18 foot flower bed and it was perfect for that. A bigger job would require a full size tiller. This item is perfect for a homeowner who occasionally does small jobs. It is easy to use and tills to 6 or 8 inches deep.

I love the Echo PAS system and I have four attachments for our country acres. I liked this tiller product, with the PAS system it tills quickly, but several passes are often required, sometimes in both depth and width. The attachment when it's full of dirt also can get quite heavy compared to other Echo tools and can take some muscle to control. The tiller lasted 2-3 seasons before it stopped working. I took it apart, and the worm gear had metal shavings/shearing inside. Other companies sell electric entire tillers for half the price of this tiller attachment, so the price for longevity ratio is too high for me.

For the record, I am using this with the PAS-2620 head unit, so I cannot say how it performs with smaller engines.But for me, this little thing rips up ground like no tomorrow. Small rocks, compacted soil and clay, grass and even SMALL roots are no match. The resulting dirt is FINE sized, very well ground up. It is a bit tricky aiming the dirt tailings, but nothing a few minutes of raking won't fix.Note: make sure to bring the attachment up to full RPMs before touching the ground, otherwise it will kick hard forwards. Also make sure to ease towards delicate plants or walls, it can kick you forward into your precious plants if you are not prepared.
