Packaged well, a few minor tiny scratches, I fixed that with a marker, lots of dusty Styrofoam, cleaned with a damp cloth, true to size, thicker than the other brand. I recommend these Melamine shelves.

These look nice overall, but most of the corners were crushed somewhere in the shipping process and the damage would be painfully obvious if used for shelves. They are packed in very weak cardboard (recycled?) with only token reinforcement in the corners. I didn't send them back because I have no reason to expect any better condition for a replacement. I'm using them in my shop and can live with the defects, but if you want these for something that will show, pass on these.

These are Chinese. They come damaged on the corners most of the time.The packaging is pretty weak so don’t expect perfection. Typical of a heavy item shipped from China.I would bet that the damage happens once they get shipped FedEx or UPS to your house.Decent quality tho.

I'm not sure if it's the manufacturer, U.S. Post Office, Fed Ex or UPS. When I arrived home, the packages (I ordered two) were opened. Surprisingly, all of the contents were present. However, 6 of the 8 boards were damaged. If I wasn't under a time crunch to complete an entertainment center, I would have returned both packages.
