Stinger suits and Dive Skins both refer to same style of light weight full body suits, made of elastic fabric and is suitable for warm and lukewarm waters, and can be used for all beach and outdoor activities. Feels soft and light on the skin. I got the hood, and it gives good neck and ear coverage in addition to top of your head and hair. Great all over sun protection, plus you stay cool. I use it for walking my dog along the beach and the day in the tropical Mexican sun of San Diego. The fit chart is accurate. I wish it had a built-in hand cover to protect the backs of your hands. I wrote and requested this.

This suit was great for my recent trip to the Great Barrier Reef. I knew I would be spending a week on an island where I could have rented a suit daily but for less money, I was able to buy one. When I ordered this I wasn't sure it was really necessary but I have to say not one person was in the water without one. This suit also came with gloves too!

I received my stinger suit in good time and it fit just as expected - to the measurements provided online. I am going to enjoy avoiding sunscreen and stingers when snorkelling in the tropics in a suit that fits me well.

It does keep you warmer. The crotch rubs me when I swim. Wish it was a little longer.
