From shipping to actually making use of this product was flawless. I think I received this in two days (free shipping) in a completely wrapped in rubber -foam package. Not a scratch! Easy assembly and perfect fit. Quality made product.

I was worried that it wouldnt be that durable, but it is!It was nicely packaged where the other parts wouldnt scratch the paint in storage or shipping!Easy to assemble, just couldnt torque it down do to space constraints. But not bad!

It comes in pieces and needs to be assembled, but isn't hard with a few tools. Attaches perfectly and seems to work fine.

Anybody that can't put this on in 1/2 hour, must be a democrat. Don't need instructions and you don't need to take the wheels off. Had no missing parts and had the right amount of parts. Seems to be very strong. Stronger than what the mower will ever be able to pull. Would buy again if had to. Very pleased.

Nice bumper bar. I put it on my John Deere lawnmower. It is what was explained in their description. I would recommend this bumper bar.

Probably would have been much easier to install if I’d taken off the wheels; those who say it was a snap must have better tools or skills. Got it installed, but no thanks to instructions—the few included were not useful.Sad that John Deere doesn’t make the Z with the ability to tow or a simpler/cheaper rear plate, but it seems to work okay once installed.
