Yes easy to use..grip was good. But didn’t last long. While it lasted. It was helpful for a year. My mom only goes in car to for to Dr office or family visit… which wasn’t very often.. she’s 88.. I still have one left. I’m surprised it didn’t last as long cuz it seems very sturdy.

This is the second set of these I have purchased. Constant use and the tightness of my doors make these last about 3 years before giving out. Last pair were purchased February 2021.It can get tricky trying to reach out far enough to grab the door to close it. Especially if you just spent a bit of time getting IN the car to start with. "Just sticking your leg back out" to reach the door is not an option. These make it an easy reach.To install, unclip the belt buckle, open your window, put the strap through the window and over the door, and re-clip the buckle. Put it where you want it and roll up your window. If needed, you can adjust the length of the strap. I am so happy to have these! Excelent buy !!!!

I attached this to my lift gate on my car to help me reach it. 2 pull downs and clip broke. I returned it ordered another one. 3 tries and clip broke so I tied it to the lift gate handle. It works but barely the clip can’t handle cold weather I’m thinking. You will have to tie it inside the door problem is you are stuck with the length.
