These fittings are manufactured from quality materials and are available in several styles to suit all of your carburetor needs. This fitting has a 5/8 thread on the carburetor side and a 3/8 inverted flare on the inlet side for either a steel or aluminum hard line. It comes with a new washer.

You get what you see here, decent quality brass part made to spec. That said, using this plus a 3/8†line with an inverse flare fitting will not clear a drop-base air cleaner. Since you need an external filter for an Eddy carb I recommend just switching to an AN fitting and not using this part.

Perfect fitting for my carburetor, and delivered on time....This fitting screws into the carburetor and then you will have to install a compression fitting that accepts a 3/8 fuel line into this fitting.Worked great!!

The Edelbrock AVS, and I believe the AFB's, come with the fuel fitting with nipple type end for a rubber line and hose clamp. I wanted a fuel fitting so that I could install a 3/8" NPT steel line for my build. This is what is needed.
