This frame is perfect for large projects and it’s very sturdy. I did have some trouble getting the dowels tight enough on the fabric to roll it tightly so I taped the fabric ends to the wooden dowels before rolling. The scroll does get very heavy after holding it for a while so I ended up buying a floor stand for it. Over all, it ended up being the perfect setup for my project!

The slit in the roller is so ruff that the fabric is very hard to pull through.

The ordering/shipping process was just fine, I am disappointed in the product itself. It is supposed to hold the embroidery tight, which it doesn't do. It is awkward to use and I ended up putting it away. I would not order another size in this product.
