Direct replacement for oem. Worked flawlessly. Make sure you replace blower motor BEFORE plugging this in. Shorted blower motor windings was the system culprit.

This is a good quality part, this particular block fuse assembly was secured with a small hidden bolt. Some units simply lift out. Mine was rather tricky. Part is highly recommended
