I have various tools that I use in the garden, but this is by far the one I am using the most right now. It fits well in your hand, is sturdy and a good weight. Makes breaking up compacted soil in pots easy.

Bought the item based on description that the hand cultivator is strong with a bends-roof design and handle. One use of raking the soil on our vegetable patch and the handle separated from the tool. May be a faulty unit.

Handle readily slips off of tool. I thought this would be a long lasting gardening tool but it did not take long to experience the handle sliding off of the metal tool. The metal tool states it is stainless steel and so far has not rusted. I would like the two outside tines of the tool to be closer to the center tine. Some reviews have complained also that the weld breaks on the tines and I see that there is minimal amount of weld holding the tines together.

I liked that it was easy enough on my pocketbook. I have a row of pepper plants that I needed to prune back and feed so they will be ready for the next season. This fool was great at ripping through the soil and roots. Easy to control and get close to the plants without risking damage to their base. It helped me make quick work of rolling up 3 inches of soil.The perfect tool for my needs.

I have used many hand cultivators in my long years of gardening and this new purchase has truly made my life so much easier! I have developed an autoimmune disease which affects joints, particularly my fingers and this wonderful cultivator is constructed as to not make the force of use hard on my fingers. I can use it and remove weeds and unwanted growth with ease! I so wish I had found this at the beginning of this year's gardening season. I will use it in the years to come as it is expertly made and will last for the years to come. Thank you for this wonderful item.
