Edit from 1 star to 5 for excellent customer service and promptly resolving my issue!One battery died during some highly anticipated footage on my motorcycle. No signs of failure, just loss of footage when I checked at home because I have a chin mounted gopro and can't stare at it to know that anything went wrong. The footage I did get might be corrupted from whatever happened to the battery. Like my gopro didn't have time to finalize the video or something. Maybe stick with name brand if you value the rare moments you might catch.

I was hoping to add more film time to hero 10. Instead I got a frustrating day of filming. 1st battery lasted about 20 seconds then gopro shut off. When I turned it back on it said low battery. Tried the second one and got basically the same thing. Went back to my car and got my old factory battery and I got my normal recording time.Recharge both batteries again and tested them again inside. Powered up the gopro and battery said 100%. Battery then dropped dropped to 88%and then I shut it off. Turned it back on and now the battery is at 33% and dropping.The only good thing is the charger. Works great and it's nice to be able to charge 3 batteries at once.Update: The seller was very helpful with the two bad batteries and was quick to resolve the issue. Because of this they get 4 stars for standing behind what they sell and making things right.

I recently purchased these batteries, and they turned out to be a complete disaster. Not only do they overheat dangerously, becoming warm to the touch within minutes of use, but they also lose charge incredibly fast.I barely got through a short photo session before the batteries drained completely, forcing me to stop and replace them. On top of that, the overheating caused significant damage to my camera, which is unacceptable.It’s clear these batteries are either poorly manufactured or not designed to handle the power requirements of standard camera equipment. They are unsafe, unreliable, and ultimately a waste of money.I strongly advise against purchasing these batteries. Spend a little more and get reliable, manufacturer-recommended options that won’t risk your safety, damage your devices, or leave you stranded with dead batteries when you need them most.

A lot of times there aren’t many outlets in hotels. I love that I could charge 3 batteries at once so easily. It didn’t get hot while charging and it’s quite small so it’s easy to travel with. Works amazing!
